Happy New Year!

Well, we’ve come to the end of another year. It’s been a pretty excellent one in the somewhat short life of Bad Frankenhausen, we’ve played a load of really fun shows with awesome bands and amazing people.

A special thanks to all of them.

So what next for 2018? Due to personal reasons we are still taking things a bit slow (children can somewhat take over your life), but still expect us to pop up playing live all the over the place (if anyone wants to book us, please get in touch).

However it does bring us great pleasure to announce that our second album - the follow up to “Eins”, has now been recorded and mixed! We’ve got a few more things to iron out with it, but as it stands we are looking perhaps at a Summer release.

It’ll be longer than the last one - we are looking at around ten tracks (although we may add some bonus ones as well...) and will contain may of the songs that we are playing in our live set. We are really pleased with how it’s sounding and we hope that you’ll enjoy it too. Stay tuned for some previews.

If that wasn’t enough, we have been writing a fair bit of really good, new material! This won’t appear on the next album, but should feature in our live shows. We are continuing to develop our sound, and we really think we’ve now got it in the place where we want it.

So, thanks for following us and spreading the word. We hope that you enjoy the new album when it is released and that we see you at a show sometime.
